We numb our feelings\, we hide and make ourselves small\, and then\, when it is really too much we explode\, we burst into uncontrolled rage\, or go in deep depression. Finally\, when we go back to lucidity\, out of our emotional trance\, we regret what we did.\nIs this familiar to you? SUMMARY:Open Heart - Social Tools for Building Community
DESCRIPTION:We want to bring people together\, we want to live in a more sustainable way\, we want to be happier. In a fun and serious way\, this 2-days workshop can become a profound experience of change at individual and collective level. Together\, we will de-construct mental patterns through exercises\, group dynamics and games. We will learn and practice: Forum\, Fishbowl\, Open Space\, World Cafe\, Decision Making. Let us dare to leave the “comfort zone” and get into the space where the magic happens. During this process\, it will be created and encouraged a space of trust and mutual support that will allow the group to discover of best practices and useful tools for conflict resolution\, creating strong and lasting communities\, sustained by healthy transparent relationships based on trust and in the spirit of sharing and cooperation. \nThis is a Transparent and Responsible Economy workshop\, allowing people to participate regardless their financial means. The economical aspect is part of the themes approached on this workshop and the outcomes will allow other workshops to be organised in the future\, for the benefit of others. \nThe reservation fee reflects the venue and organisation costs only.\nThe facilitation is offered on Gift Economy principles and the participants will be invited to value it as a integral part exercise  of the workshop. \n** Please bring vegetarian food to share lunch ** \nFacilitated by Claudian Dobos and Filipa Simões\, founders of Aurora Community in Romania and Terra Livre Movement initiators.
