Cancellations and Reimbursements
- In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee is 10% (administration fee) of the total value of your booking.
- In case of cancellation latest one month before the event starts, the cancellation fee is 15% of the total value of your booking.
- Within two weeks and until the event starts, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total value of your booking. For total reimbursement (minus 10% administration fee), please note that:
– a doctor’s confirmation of your inability to participate is required;
– your space must be covered through the waiting list. - Refunds will not be made if you cancel after the event has started.
The organization reserves the right to cancel the event with one week notice at the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient bookings, natural disasters, the impossibility to find suitable teaching replacements and structural damage to the facilities. In such cases, the organization will refund participants (minus 10% administration fee) and will offer advantageous deals on future events as a gesture of goodwill. Travel expenses will not be refunded as a result of cancellations and participants must ensure themselves against such eventualities.
NOTE that it may take up to one month before you have the refunded amount on your account.
